Halloween 2011

The night before Halloween we decided to carve a pumpkin together as a family. The idea sounded good, but Alexa wanted NO part, she kept saying EEEEWWWWW, yuck!!! When she would stick her hand in the pumpkin to pull out the insides. Ava enjoyed it, she was laughing and holding up what she pulled out to show us. It was fun, and I am thinking might just be something we will do again next year!


This year was our first experience of Halloween in our new neighborhood. We weren't quite sure what to expect, but heard that Cabot Estates does it right! We invited LeAnn and Troy, because the girls just love spending time with Logan and Brylee, Jacy and Cannon, because Billy had a game that night, so I wanted them to come with us, and my parents. It was a full load, and we were heading out about 6:30 for some good candy :)
Dr. Alexa, Dr. Ava, Dr. Cannon, LoLo the Clown and Brylee Belle were all dressed to kill and ready for some fun! The neighborhood was hopping with lots of kids and great costumes...Some scary and some cute! The kids did a great job, we made about a half mile before we all climbed in the back of G-Marks truck and headed home. After the damage was done and we got as much candy as we possibly could, it was time for baths and bed. The girls sure were exhausted...needless to say, they slept very well last night :)
